Not only in your room but also in the common place including balcony or roof top garden.	Reserve with e-mail. Arrival & departure date, number of people	When the payment by bank deposit or paypal is done your room is confirmed.

At the departure with key exchange.	Your passport will be checked at arrival.	No pet allowed for the short term stayers.

Loosing a key will be charged the actual cost of the key renewal.	Damage you made will be paid from the refundable deposit.	Burnable, unburnable, recyclable gabbage must be divided. Illegal thrown away will be penelized in Japan.

Cleaning your own room is your responsibility. The common space is of everybody in the flat/house.	Room reservation request is simply canceled.	Before 1 month:Refund after deducting minimum period (3 days)+ deposit. Within 1 month : Deposit refund. Rent no refund.Actual paypal cost will be deducted.

In case a guest brings a new guest some bonus will be sent from us by paypal.	Not necessary for short term stayers.	No refund the balance rent. Deposit will be refund.
