This sharing flat has 4 bedrooms. Kitchten, bathroom, washmachine/dryer are common use. At the entrance of this territory there is bonsai style pine tree at the parking lot. This building has nice traditional Japanese garden down stairs, the territory is quite big in this area. There is a security code at the entrance of the building that is known only by the residents. Our flat is located in the third floor. Every four rooms have window. As it is a budget room, the rooms are small more or less 3,4 tatami size. If you like to have space, please, come to our normal rooms those have more or less 6 tatami size. In the room there is a single size lower bedding called "futon", wardrobe, lower table, some room has chest, TV, private fridge or caffee table, etc. according to the room. Airconditioned. The most of the residents of this building are Japanese, average age is quite high, only few foreign residents are living. The whole building is very well maintained by the association of the owners, some like beautiful flower at the entrance. Once in a year, a professional gardener comes to trim the bonsai style tree.
